QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Support: 3+ years in a similar IT support role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • ITSM Framework: Proven experience in handling incidents, requests, changes, and problems according to ITIL practices
  • ITAM Framework: Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and maintaining IT stock levels
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices for effective IT Service Management
  • Advanced problem analysis and problem-solving skills with Networking, Server & Storage, Microsoft 365, and hardware
  • Proficiency in various operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technology queries across Perth and surrounding offices, providing both face-to-face and remote support
  • Manage hardware assets and stock levels using ServiceNow, ensuring accurate inventory and efficient deployment
  • Support our critical operations in the HIVE by troubleshooting desktop-level incidents and requests
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM best practices, covering incident, request, change and problem management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements
