THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking an Intermediate Technology Product Manager to own and elevate the lifecycle of NZME’s enterprise technology, corporate experience and commercial solutions. In this exciting role, you’ll focus on driving operational efficiency and supporting the growth of our commercial ecosystem, all while collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance revenue capabilities. • Lead with vision: Partner with stakeholders to define the product strategy and build out roadmaps that drive business growth
• Fuel innovation: Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and market trends to inform decisions and bring fresh ideas to life
• Drive execution: Take ownership of product delivery, ensuring projects stay on track and meet key milestones while effectively managing risks
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with technical teams, business leaders, and product owners to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business goals
• Monitor & optimise: Track system performance and user adoption, making adjustments as needed to maximise value and impact
• Define requirements: Lead requirements gathering and analysis through stakeholder engagement, creating comprehensive specifications and process flows while ensuring solutions are feasible and deliver measurable business value
