About the opportunity:
SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Project Level Technology Product Manager (HR Title= Technology Project Manager OR Senior Technology Project Manager) with a strong emphasis on mobile app deployment. This role involves leading the development and deployment of our mobile applications, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic, cross-functional team to drive projects from concept through deployment and ongoing optimization.
The ideal candidate will be interested in developing a long-term career that combines technical expertise with commercial acumen and leadership. Responsibilities include managing product roadmaps, overseeing app development and deployment, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. An important aspect of the work will involve mentoring team members and providing expert-level review of product features and functionalities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with clients are imperative.

This is a regular, full-time, salaried position. The position report to SWCA’s technology team and may be remote, hybrid, or in office. Highly qualified employees who reside in Austin, TX or Denver, CO will also be seriously considered. Pay rate will be based on individual qualifications and experience. Individuals under this job requisition can be hired at either of the two levels:

Technology Product Manager: A minimum 5 years of experience and expertise

• Senior Technology Product Manager: A minimum 7 years of experience and expertise
