ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity to join our IT team as a Technology Program Manager where you’ll partner with the CIO on the end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex technology transformation programs while establishing enterprise-wide project delivery governance. Working closely with the CIO, senior leaders, delivery teams, and external partners, you’ll ensure initiatives are well planned, governed, and executed - balancing scope, cost, risk, and quality. This is a senior role where you’ll bring clarity to complexity by establishing strong enterprise governance, managing strategic risks and dependencies, and providing clear, data‑driven insights to support executive decision‑making. A key focus will be driving sustainable change across large, multi‑year transformation initiatives by embedding modernised digital capabilities, processes, and ways of working across the organisation. As a senior and trusted delivery leader, you’ll continuously uplift transformation practices and foster collaborative partnerships across technology, business, and external providers. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Extensive experience and success in delivering complex technology programs or large initiatives. Strong capability in program planning, dependency management, and delivery governance. Strong planning, coordination, and delivery management skills. Ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and third-party vendors. Sound financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and cost management. Ability to analyse and resolve complex delivery issues with a structured and pragmatic approach.
