Your New Role The Enterprise Platforms team is responsible for ensuring that key Fund platforms operate smoothly, meet strategic objectives and continue to evolve. It supports and enhances platforms used across critical functional areas including the Fund’s Finance and HR teams. We have a permanent opportunity for a Technology Project Manager to join the Enterprise Platforms Team and lead the delivery of initiatives and embedment of key frameworks, capabilities and standards across the Fund. This role is a key enablement and change role that will work across complex and highly visible tasks in support of multiple projects that require key areas of expertise. Key responsibilities include; * Lead the planning, delivery, deployment and handover of the technology projects, primarily centred around Oracle HR (HCM) and Finance modules. * Partner and build relationships with internal teams, vendors and service providers to enable successful delivery of projects. * Partner closely with other members within the Enterprise Platforms team to project manage technology delivery of multiple projects. * Own the delivery of technology change and ensuring that it meets business requirements and quality expectations. * Ensure high level of business satisfaction with the delivery of technology projects for the business unit. * Work collaboratively with initiative stakeholders, business SME and technology teams to ensure that change is delivered as expected. * Build strong relationships across global business teams to embedded and elevate the Enterprise Platforms practice. What You’ll Need   * Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Oracle HCM. * Deep technology project management experience. * Experience in large, complex organisations and regulated environments, ideally in superannuation or financial services. * Experience building resilience across cross-functional teams. * Proven track record delivering change and operational excellence for enterprise initiatives. * Strong experience implementing and leading agile methodologies in a technology environment. * Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. * Advanced experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing commercial decisions. * Tertiary qualification in technology, finance or business.
