This role is designed to support a programme which will build a greenfield cloud platform and migrate 1000+ applications to the cloud. This involves mobilisation of an entire workforce, challenging current methods of working, defining a clear approach to migration and ensuring all change is delivered safely across a complex backdrop. This transformational change positions our products for the future and unlocks exciting opportunities to enhance our product led strategy to continue to deliver for our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling migration and programme dependencies
  • Tracking progress and alignment to overall programme plan
  • Collaborating with Migration Planning and Migration Execution to ensure parity across the migration process
  • Running aspects of the programme that involve multiple senior internal and external sponsors within the Microsoft Partnership
  • Leading the development of project artifacts, coordinated plans, resource and contingency plans, ensuring they are prioritised and detailed and that risk management processes are adopted
  • Anticipating issues and delays, evaluating impacts against application/business requirements, complexity, cost, risk etc. whilst effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks
  • Leading multiple workstreams and large project teams throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet the success parameters agreed in the business case
  • Handle delivery quality and performance across the Partnership, ensuring services are introduced safely
  • Managing the project budget request process and performs regular financial reviews, tracking and measuring financial performance and data against plan and validating financial forecasts
