The Technology Specialist for MAS is responsible for deploying and maintaining business-specific applications and hardware. This role involves user onboarding, troubleshooting issues, managing software subscriptions, and collaborating closely with the Technology Manager on ongoing projects and technology-driven process improvements.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent training in Computer Science or related IT field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows environments
  • Competency with Google Workspace tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Experience or knowledge in automotive diagnostic tools and platforms is a plus
  • Effective communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deploy and maintain MAS-specific applications and hardware for both new and existing employees
  • Perform data entry and system maintenance tasks
  • Create, manage, and update various images for OE diagnostic platforms
  • Install, troubleshoot, and configure OE software as required
  • Assist field technicians with PC & software related issues & updates
  • Monitor software licenses, track expiration dates, and proactively renew subscriptions
  • Partner with cross functional teams to improve employee and business performance
  • Collaborate and support the Technology Manager with various ongoing IT projects and system enhancements
  • Complete training as assigned
