Description:
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Technology Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Technology Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with, managing and assessing various technology risks within our organization. This role ideal for individuals looking to develop their career in technology risk management within the trading industry.
Responsibilities:
- Audit Management: Support the technology risk team in coordinating and managing audits related to technology. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business continuity plans to ensure the company’s ability to recover and resume critical business functions in case of disruptions.
- Technology Risk Education: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technology risk awareness across the organization. Educate employees on technology risk management best practices and promote a risk-conscious culture.
- Risk Standards and Procedures Monitoring: Monitor compliance with technology risk management standards and procedures. Conduct regular assessments and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance the overall risk management framework.
- Technology RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) Management: Facilitate the Technology RCSA process, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology-related risks. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper controls are in place and continuously monitor risk levels.
- Operational Resilience: Support the development and testing of operational resilience plans to ensure the company’s ability to withstand and recover from disruptions. Identify potential vulnerabilities and implement appropriate measures to enhance operational resilience.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technology risk management processes, procedures, and controls. Ensure documentation is easily accessible and compliant with regulatory requirements.
