Job Purpose As a Technology Risk Associate, you will assist in technically contributing to EY’s financial services client engagements either as standalone Tech Risk engagements or multi-disciplinary advisory engagements leveraging relevant IT audit skills. Client Responsibilities Work effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel Build strong internal relationships across other services Assist in the execution and day to day leadership of a portfolio of client projects Monitor and manage client engagement budgets Effectively manage your time with deadlines and client engagement meetings Your people responsibilities Develop an effective working relationship with client staff Seek opportunities to expand and share knowledge Keep direct supervisor up to date with progress/issues Be proactive about own learning and development Seek feedback on personal performance and areas for improvement Qualifications & Experience required Strong motivation to study towards a professional qualification Task management skills Questioning and listening skills Good writing skills IT skills Strong communication skills Team working skills Benchmarking A-Levels/Highers or equivalent Ability to take part in our online strengths based competency testing onboarding procedures Who we are EY is committed to being an inclusive employer and we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements.
