MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner Technology Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team in Duluth, MN. What You Will Do as an Individual Contributor: * Build and grow your prospect pipeline through strategic cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns. * Collaborate with a high-energy, motivated sales team that genuinely supports each other's success. * Develop and execute new business strategies that move the needle. * Create real value for clients by connecting them with the right technology solutions. * Serve as a trusted technical resource, delivering business solutions tailored to each customer's needs. * Craft compelling proposals and lead impactful presentations for C-level executives and senior leadership. * Consistently meet monthly sales goals across hardware, document management software, printer fleet management, and professional services. Ideal Candidate: * Strong communicator with polished presentation skills. * A true team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset. * Proficient with Microsoft Office. * Experienced working within a CRM platform. * Demonstrated success thriving in a competitive sales environment.
