INTRODUCTION
As a Partner Recruitment Leader in IBM, you will have the unique opportunity to identify, engage, and recruit new marquee partners into our Ecosystem. Being adept at collaboration, communication, and empathy, you will support and drive new partners through their key on-boarding and activation milestones - from registration, learning to leverage IBM resources and gaining proficiency, through to achieving revenue results.
A natural networker and influencer, you’ll build relationships with prospective partners whilst articulating the value of working with IBM. Adopting consultative selling and design thinking principles, you’ll demonstrate business value that compels the prioritization of IBM products as they relate to solutions partners suggest to their clients.

You will be our new partners’ gateway and guide into the complex world of IBM. Perfectly blending expertise of IBM’s offerings and solutions, with a deep understanding of your partners’ operating model and competitive positioning, you’ll identify opportunities for value creation for the partner, their clients and IBM.
With a laser-focus on driving mutual success, you will engage prospects via interactive, co-creation techniques, use cases, and relevant case studies. Ability to network externally and internally will be key, with a strong focus on influencing through the internal relationships you will be required to build. Additionally, you’ll coordinate across the brands and work closely with operations teams. Cross-functional collaboration skills will be highly valued.
Tasks may include organising technical enablement and SME resources to demonstrate the full scale and value an IBM partnership brings. A large proportion of this role will involve collaboration and management of Value Added Distributor’s, driving their own recruitment strategies to meet targets. Marketing will also play a key role - there will be the need to identify, propose and oversee recruitment events and there is the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and be creative on how we achieve these outcomes.
