MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in R&D within the flavour, food, beverage, or fragrance industry.
• Strong background in flavour chemistry, sensory science, or delivery system technology.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with formulation, encapsulation, or process technology is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in cross-disciplinary environments.
• Curiosity-driven with a passion for scientific discovery and innovation.
• Experience with agile work and modern project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
