As a member of Delivery@Scale Organization you will support SAP customers on the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise, leverage the capabilities of the Business Technology Platform (BTP). Will be responsible for delivery of standardized factory services as a SAP Basis consultant. In close collaboration with SAP, partner and customer your tasks include:

• Project delivery as Technical Lead for customers, including support during requirement gathering phase, analysis of system landscape, technical design
• Execution and assistance to the team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (Migration, Upgrades and Conversions) and support with ongoing projects
• Coordinate customer project members, team, and own project tasks
• Provide guidance on cloud migration (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems
• Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs
• Support in escalated projects
• Support for system optimization
• Specific expert consulting
• Acts as a coach for colleagues
• Build credible relationship
