Our Technology teams power the systems, platforms and partnerships that keep our operation moving globally — and we’re looking for a commercially astute Contract & Relationship Manager to help shape and manage our strategic IT supplier landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technology Management Office and play a key role in ensuring our global technology suppliers deliver outstanding service, value and innovation across a complex multi-million pound portfolio.    Day to day As Contract & Relationship Manager, you’ll lead the commercial management of a diverse range of IT suppliers spanning software, hardware and technology services. Acting as the primary relationship owner and escalation point, you’ll ensure suppliers meet contractual commitments, deliver against SLAs and continuously improve service performance. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Risk to drive commercial value, maintain robust governance and support strategic technology objectives. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that combines supplier management, negotiation, financial oversight and stakeholder engagement. What You’ll Be Doing •    Managing strategic relationships with global IT vendors and service providers  •    Leading supplier governance activities including monthly service reviews, quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions  •    Monitoring supplier performance against contractual obligations, SLAs and KPIs  •    Driving service improvement initiatives and resolving supplier-related issues  •    Negotiating contract schedules and commercial terms alongside Procurement and Legal teams  •    Tracking supplier spend, validating invoices and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities  •    Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and supplier consolidation  •    Producing insightful reporting for senior leadership on supplier performance, compliance and commercial risk  •    Maintaining accurate contract records and ensuring alignment with governance stan About you  You’ll bring strong commercial and relationship management experience within a technology environment, along with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
