Hardware Support: Ability to troubleshoot and maintain workstations, printers, and peripheral devices. Server & Systems Administration: Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. Cloud & Productivity Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and related services.
