About the role: This role will be responsible to support the Project & Operational activities ensuring that multiple services offered over the Network and Telecom Infrastructure are secured and available 24/7 for airport operations. Key responsibilities Support the 24x7 Telecom operations and provide technical support for Private 4G/5G and Cisco's unified communication and collaboration infrastructure. Responsible for maintaining design, configuration and Standard Operating Procedure documentation for Telecom infrastructure. Responsible for the planning & designing of Telecom and Unified collaboration Infrastructure in line with latest technology trends and optimization which includes site surveys, Cellular coverage and capacity planning. Responsible for conducting Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents in Telcom and collaboration technologies and ensure corrective actions are implemented in line with change management process. Contribute to the design, implementation and operations of airport private 4G/5G networks. Ensure continual improvement in the services by identifying and assessing innovative products/features that can offer new or improved capability to enhance customer experience. Responsible to secure the Telecom and Collaboration infrastructure to protect the airport network from unauthorized access and threats. Periodically update and maintain security measures. Support Telecom projects and ensure complying with established procedures, quality standards and methods to achieve targets of quality, cost, business benefits and timelines. Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams involved in both projects and operational maintenance of systems to meet business requirements. About you: Minimum bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication/Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification. Minimum 5-6 years of relevant job experience required Worked in Large Enterprise or Telecom Service Provider Mandatory CCNP in Unified communication / 4G/5G professional Certifications or equivalent. Hands-on implementation and support experience in managing large enterprise private 4G/5G/ Cisco's unified communication and collaboration infrastructure. Excellent troubleshooting skills in resolving complex issues related to connectivity, interference, and security by using industry standard tools. Good written and spoken English. Strong knowledge in routing, switching, and telecom infrastructure, including RAN, in-building solutions, and IoT. Preferred: In depth knowledge on Telecom technologies and hands-on experience in configuring Telecom technologies Telecom Core/ Unified collaboration solution. ITIL v3 Foundation Certified.
