Description
The Technology Solutions Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the firm’s SaaS platforms and internal IT systems. Reporting to Technology leadership, this role is responsible for administering, optimizing, and enhancing cloud‑based applications and system integrations that support both internal teams and external users. The Technology Solutions Administrator ensures systems operate efficiently and securely while partnering with internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors to deliver scalable, reliable technology solutions that support business growth.   What you will do: * Examine and evaluate existing systems to identify opportunities for optimization, performance improvements, and enhanced functionality. * Partner with users and stakeholders to gather system requirements, track enhancements, and identify additional features that support business needs. * Administer user access, permissions, and configurations across industry‑specific vendors and cloud‑based SaaS platforms, including Salesforce, Dropbox, Notion, and similar tools. * Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and integrate new systems while ensuring alignment with existing technology architecture. * Troubleshoot system issues and outages internally and with third‑party support partners to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption. * Validate system changes through testing, ensuring performance, reliability, and adherence to data governance standards. * Implement and maintain data governance practices to support compliance with applicable policies and regulations. * Train users on new systems and features, providing ongoing support and serving as a subject matter expert for adopted technologies. * Upgrade and maintain systems by implementing new releases, enhancements, and models as needed. * Partner with Solution Architects and Project Managers to support project delivery, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are met. * Stay current on emerging technologies, SaaS trends, and technical advancements to proactively recommend improvements.   What you need to have: * Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Analyst, or in a similar technology solutions role. * Strong knowledge of systems administration, cloud services, and SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Dropbox, Microsoft 365, and related tools. * Hands‑on experience with user management, access controls, and data governance in cloud‑based environments. * Familiarity with multiple operating systems and platforms, including Windows, macOS, and Linux. * Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams. * A high level of resourcefulness and adaptability when addressing complex technical challenges. * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.   What is nice to have: * Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA Cloud Essentials+, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or similar credentials. * Experience working in regulated or data‑sensitive environments with formal data governance requirements. * Exposure to project‑based system implementations or large‑scale SaaS deployments. * Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and advancing technical expertise.   Travel Requirements: None at this time About Us What we give you in return: Not many teams can say that they support people’s dreams coming to life… We happen to do that every day.
