As a Global Solutions Consultant for the Middle East, within the Lending line of business, you will have a proven track record in the corporate lending business with direct experience in Lending operations/origination. You will be supporting the Sales organization prove the value of our solutions to our customers through expert consulting, client-facing engagements such as introductory presentations and deep dive product demonstrations. You will develop a reputation for deep product and domain knowledge and become a trusted adviser for Sales and clients alike. Responsibilities & Deliverables: Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following: Client-facing presentations: lead client-focused discovery and solutioning, based firmly upon value-led understanding and industry-informed knowledge of our client's needs. Engagements range from introductory presentations to multi day proof of concept workshops. Give recommendation on how we can better position our solutions with focus on technology and architecture advancement. Recommend and document new processes that will result to better operations or cost reduction Product presentation readiness: contribute to informative, on-brand white papers, presentation decks, client facing resources, videos and other material that ensures our clients understand why they should choose Finastra. Understand and keep up to date with best practice on the designated Finastra solution. Demo environment readiness: you will actively contribute to, maintain relevance of content and configure (if/where necessary) demo systems, to ensure they reflect client usage and their business expectations. Use your technical expertise to help in building wining solutions on the Central Demo system or on client specific environment as part of Proof-of-Concept exercises. Conduct Solution Demonstration focusing on technical capabilities that will highlight business and operations value befits. Internal knowledge sharing: you will participate in internal knowledge sharing with your colleagues with online presentations on industry-related topics. This will leverage client presentation skills and remote engagement experience. Provide product sizing information that will position our solution to fit the business requirement of the prospect customers with Global Services/Implementation team. Collaboration: Global Solution Consultant can expect to coordinate, challenge, influence and otherwise engage Product Management, Global Services, Sales, SDR, Partner teams, Solution Lead Team and other key stakeholders in Corporate Lending. You will develop your professional network within Finastra and contribute to product discussions, as client advocate and expert 'in the field'. Collaborate with different groups to ensure readiness of different solution interfaces. Coordinate with Product Management and Development teams to ensure alignment of product roadmap. Business Expertise: Create and Review RFI/RFP proposals made to customers to improve the value propositions and demonstration scenarios created. Promote current services being offered to regional GSC consultants and relevant groups. Account management: Assist in creating compelling marketing materials and other sales collateral; participate in the Go-To-Market plans for designated initiatives. Contribute to GSC team and account plans for the designated applications areas. Leadership: Work with and provide training and assistance for regional Sales and GSC teams in the designated application areas. Assist in establishing and developing any third-party relationships where these are paramount to the success of the sales team meeting the business targets. Providing trusted advice in area of specialty lending. Required Experience and Skills: Ability to demonstrate a strong Commercial and Syndicated Lending background, with significant experience in the industry Proven pre-sales experience or direct experience from a relevant financial institution within the Corporate Lending Market is imperative, as the successful candidate will make a business impact as soon as possible Experience of how enterprise solutions are implemented within a banks complex lending infrastructure Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English, ability to express complex technical and business topics. Deep knowledge of the Loan IQ loan servicing solution is a must. Prior experience and skills set for demonstration for C-suite & audiences Strong client focus and impeccable professional integrity. Professional experience working with or supporting banking products. Good understanding of the market trends and current financial technology Bachelor’s degree in IT or Finance/Accounting Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned region on very short assignment (please note some assignments are remote currently) Use of Finastra solutions, such as Lending Portal, Equation, Origination solutions a plus.
