Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Prosperity, we’re focused on creating a seamless digital experience for our people and our clients. As a Technology Solutions & Integration Specialist, you will take ownership of system deployment, process improvement, automation, and user support across our key divisions including Business Services & Tax, SMSF, Audit, Lending, and Smart Drive.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to enhance our business systems and processes. Your work will help streamline workflows, integrate systems, and embed automation using tools like the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and AI technologies.
This role can be based in Sydney, Newcastle, or Brisbane.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deploy and integrate systems to build a connected, efficient digital ecosystem.
  • Identify and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and RPA tools.
  • Optimise integrations between core platforms including FYI Docs, XPM, Ignition, Fee Synergy, and Fuse Sign.
  • Design, document, and improve business processes to increase scalability and efficiency.
  • Enhance workflows for client onboarding/offboarding, job management, and engagement setup.
  • Develop and maintain centralised documentation, policies, and guides in SharePoint and Teams.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and version control across all offices and teams.
  • Provide hands-on support to staff using business systems and tools.
  • Create user training resources and lead internal sessions to build system confidence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and improve user experience.
