The Technology Solutions Manager will lead and manage innovation use cases focusing on three core areas: GenAI, Automation & Robotics (key platforms being Blue Prism, Appian, and Power Platform), and Data Visualization.
As a global leader, instrumental in supporting CXOs to adopt technologies that help transform, optimize and enhance their customer experiences. Proven ability in driving enterprise service integrations, strategic planning, technology roadmaps, business transformations, Innovation and cognitive solutions
This role involves facilitating exploration workshops, ensuring that use case projects go through the appropriate governance into production, and supporting mass adoption within the client team
