Description As a Technology Specialist at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett, you will ensure that every new and existing owner fully understands the features and benefits of their new vehicle, with a special emphasis on technology. What You'll Do: Present vehicle technology products in an effective manner to ensure customer understanding Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge Conduct continuous research and maintain a collection of vehicle product and technical information Master product knowledge on all vehicles and troubleshoot vehicle technology features Introduce and explain quick guides and online resources for more in-depth information Follow up on delivered vehicles within a specified amount of time to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of featured technology Train sales staff and other dealership personnel on new technology and proactively collaborate to assist customers with their technology concerns All other duties as assigned Hennessy is proud to serve our community with a set of core values which guide our daily decisions and actions. Requirements What We Expect: Must submit to a background and drug screen Maintain a valid Georgia driver's license with an acceptable driving record Excellent ability to learn, understand, and interpret new technologies Prior experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred Exceptional customer service High level of detail orientation and accuracy Proven experience working within a team environment Working Environment & Physical Demands Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting equipment (up to 25 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, walking and driving vehicles.
