PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Recent experience with PowerShell scripting and automation technologies
  • Experience with VoIP installations including Vonage and Zoom Phones
  • Recent experience with virtual technologies

Major Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a point of contact for all workstation-related technologies.
  • Administer and maintain authentication and authorization for user accounts including Active Directory, Box, Laserfiche, and any applicable Region 4 system.
  • Provide expertise in and oversight over activities surrounding the operational efficiency of all hardware and software client platforms using ITIL and PMP guidelines.
  • Maintain operating system and application software patches and updates for Region 4 applications.
  • Identify, analyze, research, and recommend infrastructure, procedure, and process changes to enhance client and project productivity, efficiencies, and security.
  • Analyze hardware and software operations and make recommendations to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain and administer Region 4’s phone systems, including softphones.
  • Document systems for Region 4 ESC personnel to use as standard operating procedure documents.
  • Manage project-related resources including, but not limited to, financial, DCNS personnel, other Region 4 ESC department resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as a liaison when interfacing with external clients in furthering Region 4 ESC and DCNS business and professional services activities.
  • Work with other external resources to further Region 4 ESC and DCNS projects and activities.
  • Initiate, lead, and complete enterprise-wide projects promptly and cost effectively.
  • Continue to achieve certifications within job responsibility areas to maintain proficiency in job-related technologies.
