Description
Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Technology Specialist to join our IT Team at 4401 Theater Drive, Evansville, IN.  This role provides hands-on technical support for enterprise systems, including hardware, software, and user support across multiple locations.  The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically skilled, and comfortable working in a secure, regulated environment. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:  * Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals * Troubleshoot and resolve help desk issues in a Microsoft-based environment * Configure, deploy, and support Windows PCs, printers, and related equipment * Support Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Office 365 * Assist with Active Directory and phone system administration * Deploy and support multiple machines across multiple locations * Track and maintain IT hardware inventory using approved systems * Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality service and on-time delivery * Travel to remote locations for setup and technical support as needed * Follow strict data security, documentation, and compliance requirements * Maintain current knowledge of technology and recommend improvements Qualifications: * Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred (Bachelor's degree a plus), or equivalent experience * Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise hardware and software * Experience supporting Windows environments and Office 365 * Basic knowledge of Active Directory preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work evenings and weekends when required * Willingness to learn new technologies and deployment methods * Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Cisco are desirable Benefits and Compensation:  * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick and Personal Days) * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance * 401(k) retirement program with matching funds * Employer paid Group Term Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance * Tuition Reimbursement Program Liberty FCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Disability/Protected Veteran.
