Job Overview: The Technology Specialist is responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and efficient IT services for the McDermott Kuala Lumpur office. This role acts as the primary point of contact for both on-site and remote users for all IT-related issues, including PC and server networking, email systems, LAN/WAN connectivity, IP telephony, video conferencing solutions, IT asset inventory, and production IT incidents and service requests.
