• People: You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients in order to shape and steer technology enabled, large scale transformations. You will work with C-level executives, digital marketers and/or IT managers. You will lead client meetings and drive insights, decisions, and actions, balancing understanding client needs, and presenting an informed and convincing perspective
• Processes: You will clearly articulate transformation business value and present options for problems that align to the clients’ transformation goals. You will improve processes and programs so that our client can work more effectively and efficiently. Thereby, you will strive to make the processes repeatable, scalable, and cost saving. You will use your experience to guide our clients towards a well-defined target picture while effectively managing changes. You will support with additional activities such as creating a Point of View, develop assets, etc.
• Technology: You will convey a deep understanding of new technologies and platforms at the intersection of the client’s industry. You will leverage enterprise architecture and data architecture models to (re)define the client’s technology stack. You will define strategy and best practices for Cloud adoption, through the creation of Cloud Patterns and frameworks, enabling self-service with full automation to standardize and improve the client’s speed of delivery. You will provide expertise in DevOps practices and tooling
• Data: You will develop a data strategy, design innovative business, and operating models. You will understand the importance of data for business decision making and leverage technical knowledge to ensure data management, data governance, and data architecture supports the client’s overall strategy.
