Responsibilities

THE ROLE…

We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Technology Support Administrator to be the first point of contact for technical support via phone and digital channels.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you’ll provide hands-on troubleshooting, support, and maintenance across a wide range of hardware, software, mobile devices, and systems. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional ICT support in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and responding to ICT support requests from company and franchise teams
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within set timeframes
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware, software, and systems
  • Upholding cybersecurity best practices and ensuring compliance controls are followed

  • Experience supporting client systems across Windows 10 & 11, Apple, and Android platforms
  • Confidence in managing incidents from identification to resolution
  • A solid understanding of ICT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity

  • Active Directory & Azure AD
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, OneDrive)
