Role: Technology Support Analyst
Location: London
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technology Support Analyst to join our London team. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations across our IT infrastructure, providing hands-on support, and optimising systems to meet the evolving needs of the business. The successful candidate will have strong experience in IT support and systems administration, with expertise across cloud services, Microsoft 365, VDI, and user support.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues. Resolve incidents and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Administer and maintain cloud-based servers, monitor system performance, and manage backup/recovery solutions.
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI): Support setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of virtual desktops and applications.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses; provide support for Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Active Directory: Administer user accounts, groups, and policies, ensuring efficient directory management.
  • VoIP Systems: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VoIP systems, including call routing and user support.
  • CRM Support: Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting; assist with training and documentation for users.
  • System Security: Support compliance with IT security standards, implement security protocols, and maintain protective tools.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance IT systems, processes, and support workflows.
