As a Technology Support Engineer, you will support the Technology Operations Manager to:
deliver and maintain the technical requirements to deliver and develop the provision of an IT Cloud Infrastructure (data storage, network configuration, servers and applications) to support Project Athena.
deliver excellent customer service and system availability, while conforming to ISO20000 practices / ITIL processes and other relevant service delivery frameworks.
work with key suppliers to streamline the configuration and ongoing management of the NHSCFA infrastructure and network environment, ensuring optimum efficiency, availability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
translate business requirements for IT services into technical deliverables within the infrastructure / network environment. This will require a thorough understanding of industry trends and opportunities.
We have offices based in Coventry, Newcastle and London and offer flexible, hybrid, office and home-based working. In addition to the advertised salary working in the London area will attract High-Cost Area Supplement where appropriate.
