We are looking for a motivated student who would like to join our Technology team and would be able to work around 20 hours per week! Your Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing and maintaining documents. Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Help maintain technology-related tools and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in the creation and maintenance of department documentation, including reports, presentations, and procedures. Perform simple technical activities, such as data entry, report generation, and basic trouble-shooting. Assist with onboarding and tracking of contingent workers for the department Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and departmental objectives. What you’ll bring to the role: Current enrolment in a local university pursuing a degree in a Technology, Finance or Business Administration Fluent English (oral and written) is required No working experience required Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of administrative processes and technology concepts. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. Why Sandoz?
