JOB SUMMARY:

The role of the Technical Trainer is to optimize agency technology by training employees in best practices and assessing technology utilization. A successful Technical Trainer will be able to develop and deliver training programs that enhance employees’ proficiency with company software, tools, and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with business software, collaboration tools, and enterprise systems (i.e. Microsoft 365, CRMs, Learning management systems.)
  • Experience in creating instructional materials, training videos, and user guides.
  • Ability to assess employee skill levels and analyze technology utilization data.
