Description The Technology Trainer supports attorneys and staff by delivering one on one coaching, leading structured training sessions, and maintaining firmwide templates, forms, and learning materials. This role identifies training needs, assists with onboarding, tests new software, and helps ensure the firm stays current with evolving legal technology tools and best practices. Primary Job Duties: Provide one-on-one training, coaching, and support to attorney and staff in response to help-desk requests Post training sessions to SharePoint Calendar Manage and maintain document templates and forms; provide training on templates and forms as needed Deliver technology training courses according to session outline Participate in planning for new course development in conjunction with the Technology Learning and Development Manager Identify trends and training needs based on help sessions and reoccurring help-desk tickets Assist with testing new software and processes Review training materials Review and respond as appropriate to requests within the training inbox Assist with creating and maintaining recorded trainings, Assist with onboarding and orientation of new attorneys and staff Stay current on the latest developments in legal services technology Key Competencies: Communicating - Legal Professionals provide the information required by others in a concise, direct, and unambiguous way. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. #LI-Remote Requirements Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a training or coaching role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other technology platforms Knowledge of Aderant, NetDocuments, or other document management system is a plus Ability to quickly learn new software and processes Adept at troubleshooting and problem-solving Experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred, but not required
