Philadelphia office of White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking a dynamic technology trainer with strong customer service skills. In-depth knowledge of MS office and iManage essential. GenAI like MS365 Copilot experience a plus. Law firm experience and creating eLearning a plus. Duties will include conducting instructor-led training via classroom, one-on-one, and webinar, writing course outlines and reference materials, and periodic travel to outer offices which may include traveling with computer equipment and setup. Position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, good troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as a team member.
