The opportunity ServiceNow Platform administrator (Senior) Expected joining date Immediate Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience Your key responsibilities ServiceNow Platform administration and maintenance activities Incident Management, Change and Problem Management. Understand new ServiceNow features and unused module functionality. Investigate technical solutions and troubleshooting of ServiceNow platform related issues, Skills and attributes for success Minimum 2-3 years of JavaScript experience including usage AngularJS frameworks. Hands-on experience on the below ServiceNow modules (Recommended): Must Have: ITSM, Service Portal, Custom Applications, ITIL Foundation Good to have: HRSD, ITOM, Discovery, IRM, SecOps ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator Certified Application Developer Certification           Have excellent oral and written communication skills (English) Excellent business communication skills Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience Willing to work in shifts and on-call support. To qualify for the role, you must have. Strong in following technologies (minimum 2–3-year hands on experience on the below mentioned tech stack).
