This role will be within the AutoSync team. AutoSync supports over 3,500 dealerships nationwide, delivering cutting-edge software tools to simplify operations, boost marketing, and drive sales. The Tech Ops Engineer has responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues with databases and user interfaces. Working in a team environment, assist in providing a safe, stable, and reliable online experience for our customers. What you’ll do Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, including root cause resolutions and suggestions for improvements Create bug-fix and enhancement tickets for Agile Dev teams and assist with QA as required Manage ticket escalations to 3rd party providers Complete special projects as requested What you bring to the table Problem Solving Skills Troubleshooting Skills Customer Focus Results-Oriented Must have experience University Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience 2 – 5+ years of support experience Solid Database and SQL skills Experience with Microsoft Azure Understanding of Server Management The base salary range for this position is CAD $65k - $70k This range reflects the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
