Description

Participate in an on-call rotation to provide tier-1 production support. Collaborate with development teams to implement and monitor cloud infrastructure services. Provide cloud environment and engineering tooling support to internal teams. Develop and deliver configuration and deployment automation to improve performance, availability, and manageability of cloud services. Experience with monitoring tools such as NewRelic, AppDynamics, or DataDog. Ability to troubleshoot production issues under time constraints. Experience working with High Availability and Fault-Tolerant architectures. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in frontend or backend application development. Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud offerings. Experience working in IaaS and/or PaaS environments. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional. AWS Certified Developer - Professional. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, or CloudFormation. Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized database deployments. Experience integrating databases with search engines like OpenSearch/Elasticsearch for analytics and observability. Knowledge of data archival, data masking, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
