We're looking for a TechOps Specialist to join a skilled and collaborative team that sits at the heart of our production environment. In this role, you'll monitor, investigate, and manage the bank’s most critical systems – ensuring availability, reliability, and performance 24/7/365.This is a shift-based position designed to provide continuous support and rapid response across all hours – including nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll work within a structured rotating shift schedule as part of our commitment to maintaining seamless production operations at all times.You’ll be part of a sharp, fast-moving team that works hand-in-hand with R&D, QA, Product, and Delivery, and takes ownership of incidents from the first alert to root cause analysis and resolution. מי אנחנו? null Your Day-to-Day • Monitor all production systems, services, and infrastructure in real time • Investigate and manage production incidents, from detection to final resolution • Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, and operational teams to prioritize and resolve issues • Expand and improve system observability to drive better reliability • Identify recurring problems and help implement long-term, sustainable solutions • Contribute to our knowledge base with technical and business documentation מה מחכה לך? null Requirements • 1+ years of hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting a production environment • Experience managing incidents under pressure, with multiple stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Independent, curious, and proactive mindset למי זה מתאים? null Advantages • Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools • Familiarity with SQL • Experience working with Jira מה כולל התפקיד? null
