Propósito del cargo Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Soporte IT Junior para brindar soporte técnico en sitio a nuestros clientes internos, asegurando el funcionamiento eficaz y seguro de sistemas y redes. El rol requiere disposición para viajar a distintas locaciones dentro Montevideo según necesidad operativa. Principales responsabilidades Brindar soporte técnico de primer nivel en sitio a clientes internos. Instalar, configurar y mantener sistemas de hardware y software. Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos básicos, tanto de forma remota como en sitio. Asegurar que los sistemas y redes funcionen de manera efectiva y segura. Capacitar a los usuarios finales en el uso de sistemas de hardware y software. Gestionar y controlar los activos de TI, incluyendo el inventario de hardware y software. Crear y mantener documentación, incluyendo manuales de usuario y procedimientos de soporte. Colaborar con otros equipos de TI para asegurar la integración efectiva de sistemas y redes. Mantenerse actualizado/a en nuevas tecnologías y mejores prácticas de soporte de TI, y hacer recomendaciones para mejoras. Cumplir y hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos con todos los usuarios internos. Realizar mantenimiento regular de los activos de TI, mantener un resumen actualizado y reportar formalmente cualquier problema. Mantener un registro de actividades para un adecuado seguimiento de la resolución y satisfacción del cliente. Apoyar operaciones e incidentes en aplicaciones y plataformas tecnológicas, incluyendo soporte, mantenimiento y actualizaciones. Informar sobre el progreso en el despliegue de aplicaciones, mantenimiento, actualizaciones de software y problemas operativos a los niveles superiores de TI, usuarios finales y partes interesadas. Gestión y contacto con proveedores. Requisitos JR Certificaciones y cursos técnicos relacionados a IT finalizados. Libreta de conducir Categoría A vigente. De 0 a 3 años de experiencia en soporte IT. Comprensión básica de los sistemas informáticos y resolución de problemas HW y SW. Experiencia básica con sistemas operativos Windows y máquinas virtuales. Familiaridad con conceptos de redes, incluyendo TCP/IP, DNS y DHCP. Conocimientos básicos en la configuración de dispositivos de comunicación como firewalls, switches, enrutadores, puntos de acceso, para manos remotas y/o soporte L1.
