The Accounts Payable Technician is an entry-level shared service position reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor. The position provides direct support for processing the day-to-day vendor invoices and payments.

• Perform two main types of transactions so that invoices can be paid in a timely matter: Non PO: by using AIAP, BPMS, TMS (Transportation Management System), Mainframe or the corresponding ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning such as JDE, D365, Famous, etc.) .
• PO: BPMS for the invoice review and control and the ERP by matching invoice against purchase order.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University studies in Business Administration or Accounting or completed studies in a Technical College with an Accounting major.
• Intermediate- advanced english level.
• 1 year experience.
• Customer service-oriented is a plus.
