Your mission Serás responsable de asegurar el buen funcionamiento y adopción del CRM de Visita Farmacia, dando soporte a procesos comerciales y administrativos críticos para el negocio. Tus principales responsabilidades serán: ✔ Administrar y dar soporte funcional al CRM de Visita Farmacia. ✔ Resolver incidencias y consultas de usuarios de la red comercial y estructura. ✔ Coordinar adaptaciones y mejoras con Corporate y proveedores externos. ✔ Formar y acompañar a nuevos usuarios en procesos y herramientas. ✔ Coordinar y apoyar el diseño de información para Ciclos Comerciales. ✔ Garantizar la calidad y consistencia de los datos en CRM. ✔ Gestionar cuotas y operaciones con mayoristas. ✔ Gestionar litigios de facturación y devoluciones. ✔ Resolver incidencias operativas relacionadas con AX y gestión de pedidos. ✔ Dar soporte en tareas críticas de backup cuando sea necesario. Who you are ? Grado/Licenciatura en Administración, Económicas, Tecnologías de la Información o similar. Al menos 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares. Experiencia con herramientas CRM (Salesforce, Veeva o similares será un plus). Dominio avanzado de excel y buen manejo de datos y herramientas de gestión. Dominio profesional del inglés, con capacidad para desenvolverse con autonomía en entornos internacionales y colaborar con diferentes interlocutores.
