Actualmente, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Técnico/a de Operación de Planta para nuestras operaciones en Barbosa, Colombia. Responsabilidades principales: Garantizar la operación de la planta de producción, cumpliendo estándares de seguridad, calidad y productividad. Monitorear y controlar variables críticas del producto y el proceso. Monitorear el funcionamiento de la planta y la disponibilidad de producto de acuerdo con el plan. Apoyar el cargue de tanqueros, generar certificados de calidad y registrar salidas en LB SHELL, control de inventarios de producción. Ejecutar rutinas de inspección, mantenimientos preventivos que apliquen y reportar fallas oportunamente para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos (motores, bombas, compresores). Gestionar alarmas, permisivos y maniobras de parada/arranque según procedimientos. Emitir Permisos de Trabajo Seguro (PTS) y apoyar análisis de riesgos (JSA). Generar avisos y órdenes de mantenimiento en SAP y apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua y SHEQ. Requisitos: Formación: Técnico o tecnólogo en mecánica, electricidad, instrumentación industrial, industrial u operación de plantas industriales. Experiencia: 1 a 2 años en procesos productivos con manejo de compresores, bombas, turbinas y maquinaria industrial. Conocimientos: SAP (deseable). Operación de plantas industriales. Word y Excel básico. Habilidades: Orientación al resultado y compromiso. Trabajo en equipo y mejora continua. Alta conciencia de seguridad. Horario y modalidad: Lunes a domingo en turnos rotativos 6x1: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Presencial en planta (Barbosa).
