Ubicación de trabajo: Córdoba, Argentina Conocimiento Ideal con conocimientos en diferentes tecnologías electrónicas del rubro de ascensores. Nivel de Inglés Básico. Competencias Requeridas Orientación a Resultados. Orientación al Cliente. Gestión del Cambio (Adaptabilidad). Comunicación y Trabajo en Equipo. Funciones y responsabilidades Atención de clientes en el mantenimiento y gestión de llamadas de emergencia (reclamos) de los equipos de la zona asignada, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad establecidos por la Compañía. Ejecutar las reparaciones y ordenes T menores (Ordenes del Cliente). Informar a su Supervisor las anomalías, trabajos preventivos necesarios o correctivos de sus equipos a cargo. Entregar los reportes en papel u otro soporte del cumplimiento de su ruta, como así también su registro de horas diarias para el pago de las mismas. Apoyar en la resolución de problemas técnicos de ascensores que se requiera.
