Técnico Multidisciplinario Ubicación: Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX Compensación y Beneficios: Sueldo semanal: $3,500.00 MXN brutos Prestaciones de ley Seguro de vida Vales de despensa Bono mensual: $400.00 MXN Horario (Turnos Rolados) 1er turno: Lunes a domingo 6:00 a 15:00 hrs 2do turno: Lunes a domingo 14:00 a 23:00 hrs 3er turno: Lunes a domingo 23:00 a 7:00 hrs Descanso rolado entre semana o fin de semana (1 hora de comida incluida) Buscamos Técnico Multidisciplinario altamente calificado para ejecutar mantenimiento especializado en instalaciones corporativas, con capacidad para diagnosticar problemas complejos y asegurar operación continua de sistemas críticos. Experiencia Requerida Mínimo 5-7 años en mantenimiento multidisciplinario de edificios comerciales, corporativos o instalaciones críticas. Experiencia demostrable en al menos tres de las siguientes áreas: eléctrica, mecánica, plomería, HVAC, automatización de edificios. Conocimientos Técnicos Especializados Sistemas Eléctricos: Mantenimiento, diagnóstico y reparación de circuitos, tableros de distribución, sistemas de iluminación, UPS, plantas de emergencia. Interpretación de diagramas unifilares y uso de instrumentos de medición. Sistemas Mecánicos: Mantenimiento de bombas, motores, ventiladores, compresores, sistemas hidráulicos. Conocimiento de alineación, balanceo, lubricación industrial y análisis de vibraciones básico. HVAC: Mantenimiento de unidades manejadoras de aire, chillers, torres de enfriamiento, sistemas de ventilación. Conocimiento de ciclos de refrigeración y manejo seguro de refrigerantes. Plomería Industrial/Comercial: Reparación de sistemas de agua potable, drenaje, aguas residuales, sistemas contra incendios, válvulas de control y equipos hidráulicos. Automatización y Controles: Operación y mantenimiento básico de sistemas BMS/BAS, PLC, SCADA, sensores y actuadores. Navegación en interfaces de control y ajustes operacionales. Responsabilidades Principales: Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en múltiples sistemas técnicos Diagnóstico avanzado de fallas con herramientas especializadas Gestión de órdenes de trabajo dentro de SLAs, documentando en CMMS Inspecciones técnicas e identificación de oportunidades de mejora Coordinación con contratistas y supervisión de calidad Soporte técnico y mentoría a técnicos junior Interpretación de planos técnicos y manuales de fabricantes Educación media superior completa, técnica o carrera trunca en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica, Electromecánica o Mantenimiento Industrial.
