We are looking for a talented Workshop Technician – (Mechanical Technician) to join our team specializing in Engine Repair and Maintenance for our Distribution Business Unit in Neuquén, Argentina. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Perform basic corrective maintenance, repairs and rebuilds on engine products in a workshop environment, under direct supervision. * Disassemble, inspect, clean and assemble engines and engine components following Cummins procedures and safety standards. * Support diagnostic activities using guided workflows, service manuals and basic mechanical and electronic tools. * Assist with service documentation, including work orders, timesheets, warranty and quality records, ensuring accurate system updates. * To be successful in this role, you will need the following: * Technical experience in mechanical maintenance (heavy-duty mechanics experience is highly valued). * Experience or exposure to fracturing equipment used in the Oil & Gas industry (important). * Willingness to work 100% on site and availability for national travel when required. * Basic English level and a positive attitude with willingness to learn.
