TRUMPF Srl, leader mondiale nel settore delle macchine utensili e delle automazioni, per la filiale italiana è alla ricerca di una risorsa giovane e motivata per ricoprire la posizione di Tecnico Service – Reparto LASER. Le attività, in particolare, sono: - Installazione, manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria su macchine reparto laser; - Formazione al cliente e avviamento alla produzione; - Supporto tecnico da remoto (se necessario). Competenze richieste Formazione tecnica superiore, capacità di eseguire interventi di riparazione tecniche meccaniche e elettriche, conoscenza base di reti TCP / IP, conoscenza strumenti informatici specifici per l’attività di service e generici (Posta elettronica, pacchetto Office, etc.), conoscenza lingua inglese o tedesca. Completano il profilo: orientamento al cliente, capacità di analisi dei problemi, capacità di comunicazione. Si richiede disponibilità a viaggiare dal lunedì a venerdì su tutto il territorio nazionale, con 4 pernottamenti fuori casa a settimana. Zona di provenienza: Nord Italia.
Responsibilities
The role involves installation and maintenance of laser machines, as well as providing training to clients and technical support when necessary. The technician will also be responsible for ensuring the machines are operational and assisting clients in production startup.
