JOB SUMMARY:

The Tecsys Implementation Supervisor (TI Sup) is responsible for determining system requirements for the OMS, WMS and TMS based on Accuristix business requirements as it relates to Tecsys activities. The TI Sup will support, and execute all OMS, WMS & TMS and interface testing during client migration or implementation of new clients, system enhancements / new developments (i.e., custom code, Itopia) The TI Sup will be responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation, including SOP’s and Work Instructions. The TI Sup will also be responsible for training department leads prior to a go-live of both a new implementation and new functionality.
The TI Sup is responsible for one or more Tecsys Implementation Specialist(s) as assigned by their direct manager.
The TI Sup will report directly to the Tecsys Operational Process Manager.
The TI Sup will be responsible for ensuring the system is set up to support the client and operational requirements, this includes coordinating the operational readiness of the facility and client processes prior to the go-live.
The TI Sup will be responsible for coordinating, completing, reviewing, and approving, the set-up of the WMS data on the client set-up form with Tecsys Operational Process team.
The TI Sup will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and approving the set-up of the TMS data on the client setup form with Tecsys Operational Process team. The TI Sup is responsible for completing the configuration of the system based on the client setup form for both WMS & TMS.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledgeable and experienced supervising a team
• Knowledge of WMS and TMS systems
• Strong knowledge of 3PL
• Strong knowledge of WMS/TMS Processes
• Strong knowledge of Accuristix SOP’s and WI’s
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, and Internet
• Good understanding of GMP

• Co-ordinates creation of training requirements for Phoenix Ultra processes for the Tecsys team to use for training of the CSM and CC teams based on new development.
• Co-ordinates creation of training requirements for Tecsys WMS and TMS process for the Tecsys team to use for training of the operations teams / transportation teams.
• Support and execute all OMS, WMS, TMS and interface testing (FUT, FIT, UAT) during a client migration or implementation of a new client in all environments. Employment Opportunity

• The TI Sup is responsible for completing the configuration of the system based on the client setup form for both WMS & TMS.
• Determine system requirements for the OMS, WMS and TMS based on Accuristix business requirements as it relates to Tecsys activities and coordinates the creation of the project in Project Tracker. Coordinate task requirements and completion schedules with all impacted departments and PMO team.
• Investigate and escalate Help Desk ticket support requirements through both Accuristix HD process and Tecsys Service Now
• Provides Critical Care support to all departments during all points in client migration, new development processes and new client implementations.
• Responsible for reviewing and maintaining OMS, WMS, TMS Work Instructions and Operations SOP’s as it relates to Tecsys processing.
• Responsible for training the Tecsys operational process team on configuration requirements for the warehouse to support WMS and TMS processes.
• Complete business analysis of current client Tecsys processes and identify process gaps or process inefficiencies. Solution process gaps with Accuristix department leads and/or consultants.
• Meets with facility team to review go live Tecsys requirements. This includes briefing facility Ops on lessons learned and planning for additional requirements (resources, supplies, impact on staff scheduling, etc.) to minimize impact on operation.
• Responsible for hyper-care and assist with post-implementation review.
• Advises Tecsys operational process team of required warehouse facility changes or transportation changes (i.e. changes required to staging lanes, signage, etc.)
• Create a facility communication plan and associate training schedule for both new clients and new functionality for the Tecsys Operational Process team.
• Oversees the Tecsys Operational Process team who coordinates with the operations.
• Liaises with Consultants and help desk regarding issues.
• Attend business review meetings for new client implementation and assist in the review and approval of the BRD document.
