We’re looking for a dynamic, youth-focused leader to join our team and create life-changing experiences for 8th–12th grade students. As the Youth Development Program Coordinator (Teens), you’ll lead innovative, engaging programs that combine education, arts, tech, wellness, and youth development. You’ll create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for teens to explore who they are and who they want to become.
This is more than a job—it’s a chance to mentor, uplift, and empower the next generation of leaders.

ADDITONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven ability to engage and support teens.
  • Experience with youth programming or group facilitation.
  • Able to work flexible hours based on program needs.
