Description
Teen & Theater Arts Coordinator – Concrete, WA Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County $21.75 – $23.07 per hour, plus $2.00/hour Concrete site differential Looking for something a little different? Our Concrete Club serves a small, close-knit community in the Upper Skagit Valley where relationships matter, creativity is valued, and the work you do is felt every day. This is a place where you can truly make an impact and see the difference you're making with youth. We're looking for a Teen & Theater Arts Coordinator who's ready to bring energy, creativity, and a little bit of stage magic to our Club. In this role, you'll lead theater-based programming for teens-everything from acting and improv to building toward performances and showcases. You'll help teens find their voice, build confidence, and take pride in what they create. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk kind of job. You'll be actively engaging with youth, building relationships, and creating a space where teens want to be. You'll also help keep programs running smoothly, support overall Club operations, and jump in with elementary-aged programming when needed. In a smaller Club setting, teamwork and flexibility are key. This is a part-time position working approximately 25–29 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday during after-school hours, with some flexibility during the summer. We're looking for someone who: Is at least 23 years old Has experience in theater, drama, or performing arts Enjoys working with teens and building meaningful connections Can bring creativity, structure, and a sense of fun to their work If you're someone who can turn a room into a stage, help teens feel seen and heard, and want to be part of a community where your work truly matters, we encourage you to apply.
