Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Teenage Club Animator to join our team at a premier resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Kids Club Animator, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for children of our guests, ensuring their safety and enjoyment in our tropical paradise. Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities for children, taking advantage of our beautiful island setting Ensure the safety and well-being of children under your care at all times, adhering to strict safety protocols Organise and lead group games, arts and crafts sessions, and outdoor activities that celebrate both local and international cultures Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for children from diverse backgrounds Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating Kids Club area Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other staff members Participate in special events and themed activities throughout the year, incorporating local traditions and customs Adapt activities to accommodate children with different needs or abilities Monitor and report any safety concerns or incidents promptly Contribute innovative ideas for new children's programmes that showcase the unique aspects of Phu Quoc Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; certification in childcare or related field preferred Previous experience working with children in a recreational or hospitality setting Strong communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Vietnamese, are a plus Creativity and enthusiasm in designing and implementing engaging activities for children Demonstrated ability to work with children of various ages and cultural backgrounds Basic first aid knowledge and thorough understanding of safety protocols Experience in organising and leading group activities in diverse settings Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with the ability to incorporate local traditions into activities Adaptability to work in a tropical climate and lead both indoor and outdoor activities Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests Additional Information What awaits you...
