The Role… At Soho House, as a Teeny Assistant you will ensure that all children in your care have their needs met while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in the Teeny Barn. You will play a vital role in creating a fun and engaging experience for children while ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times. A successful Teeny Assistant for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. Previous experience working with children in a nursery, playgroup, or childcare setting. Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and basic first aid. Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
