• Daily Invoices Responsibilities
• Scanning; Mailed and downloaded bills
• Data Entry and GL coding for daily bills
• Maintain inventory of master list of bills/vendors
• Billing inventory and analysis for potential acquisitions
• Review phone bills, features, disputes, and rates.
• Manage payment for invoices (Data, Voice, Cell Phones & CATV)
• Payment research for invoices with delinquencies
